• Payment: Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We currently accept payment through third-party services such as Cash App and Zelle. If you choose to pay by other means, such transactions may be processed by a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are subject to the terms of that provider. We do not store your full payment card details. You agree to pay all charges and fees that we present to you at checkout.
  
• Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your order. These charges are in addition to the product price and will be added to your total at checkout where applicable.
  

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail. Shipping times may vary and are estimates only. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Good Moods is not liable for lost or delayed shipments. Risk of loss and title to the products passes to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@goodmoods.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and may, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a store credit. Refunds will only be given if required by law.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
